How it works
Four steps, with verification built into the middle.
Companies join
A company applies for membership, confirms its UAE trade license and MOHRE obligations, and requests a number of placements.
We verify
Our team manually reviews the uploaded trade license before any student is assigned. Nothing is auto-approved.
Students register
Students aged 15–17 register free with parent or guardian consent. There is no CV round and no self-selection.
We match
Our internal team assigns students to verified member companies to fill their requested headcount.

One fee. A cohort of motivated students.

- We handle the admin — consent, eligibility checks and matching are all managed by our team.
- Compliance first — you confirm your trade license and MOHRE obligations for juvenile workers before placement.

If you live in the UAE and you are 15, 16 or 17, you can register for the summer intake. A parent or legal guardian completes the consent section with you, and our team matches you with a member company.

About Huzza
Two founders, one idea, built from the ground up.
Huzza was founded by Hussain and Hamza, two friends who kept running into the same problem: in the UAE, ambitious teenagers rarely get the chance to see what real work actually looks like before they're expected to choose a career path.
Internships exist for university students. Networking exists for professionals. But for a 15-year-old who's curious about the world of work, the options are thin — and usually depend entirely on who your parents happen to know. Huzza set out to close that gap.
The name is the feeling we're chasing: huzzah — the shout people let out when something worth celebrating happens. Landing your first real look at the world of work should feel exactly like that.
Today, Huzza partners with companies across the UAE to place students aged 15–17 into real summer work experience — no CVs, no interviews, just a genuine first look at how a business runs, matched and managed end to end by our team. It's free for every student and their family, and companies get a fully placed, ready-to-go cohort each summer through a single membership.
